2. 目的 / Purpose

凝听天使欢迎申请者加入，共同推动疗愈公益，提升公众对自我疗愈的认识。通过疗愈活动，让申请者累积经验、提升疗愈技巧。

Listening Angels welcomes the applicant to join in promoting healing awareness to the public through community healing events. Through these activities, applicants can gain experience and enhance their healing skills.

3. 内容 / Scope

3.1 申请者可自由参与凝听天使举办的公益疗愈、培训课程、讲座、疗愈聚会。
3.2 参加任何活动均为自愿，没有任何强制要求。
3.3 申请者可随时决定是否继续合作，完全自由，没有合约束缚。

3.1.1 The applicant may freely participate in community healing sessions, group training, talks, and gatherings organized by Listening Angels.
3.2.1 Participation in any activity is entirely voluntary and never mandatory.
3.3.1 The applicant has the right to decide at any time whether to continue cooperation, with complete freedom and without contractual obligation.

4. 会员费用 / Membership Fee

4.1 申请者需支付一次性82新币的会员费，会员资格永久有效。
4.2 会员费属于知识与经验交流的能量交换，并非商品交易，因此缴费后不会退还。

4.1.1 The applicant is required to pay a one-time membership fee of SGD 82, which grants permanent membership status.
4.2.1 The membership fee represents an energy exchange for knowledge and experience sharing, and is not a commercial transaction; therefore, it is non-refundable after payment.

5. 责任与承诺 / Responsibilities and Commitments

5.1 凝听天使会提供必要的指导、资源和活动平台，协助申请者提升疗愈能力。
5.2 申请者承诺提供疗愈时遵守良善和道德原则，尊重个案隐私，并以安全、合法的方式提供疗愈服务。
5.3 若申请者有违法或严重违反职业道德行为，凝听天使保留终止合作的权利。

5.1.1 Listening Angels will provide guidance, resources, and an event platform to help the applicant develop their healing abilities.
5.2.1 The applicant commits to offering healing services ethically, respecting the privacy of clients, and conducting all healing in a safe and legal manner.
5.3.1 If the applicant engages in illegal activities or serious ethical violations, Listening Angels reserves the right to immediately terminate the cooperation.

6. 公益性质与收费活动 / Nature of Public Service & Paid Activities

6.1 公益疗愈活动为非营利性质，申请者在公益活动中不应收取任何费用。
6.2 如有收费疗愈活动，需事先与凝听天使讨论并签订额外协议。

6.1.1 Public healing activities are non-profit in nature. The applicant should not charge any fees during public service events.
6.2.1 If any paid healing activities are planned, the applicant must discuss and sign a separate agreement with Listening Angels beforehand.

7. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

7.1 疗愈服务主要用于放松和自我觉察，并不具备或取代任何医疗作用。
7.2 凝听天使和申请者均不对个案在疗愈过程中产生的情绪或身体反应承担医疗责任。

7.1.1 Healing services are intended to support relaxation and self-awareness, and do not serve as or replace medical treatment.
7.2.1 Neither Listening Angels nor the applicant will bear any medical responsibility for any emotional or physical reactions clients may experience during or after the healing process.

8. 结束合作 / Ending Agreement

申请者可随时通过电邮、电话或短信通知凝听天使，决定结束合作，无需承担额外责任，除非涉及到官司调查。

The applicant can end the agreement at any time by notifying Listening Angels via email, phone, or text message, without any additional obligations unless it involves legal proceedings.

此协议一旦申请者签署并缴付会员费，即表示同意以上所有条款，并立即生效。

This agreement becomes effective immediately upon the applicant’s signature and payment of the membership fee, indicating acceptance of all the above terms.

特别提醒 / Important Note:
会员费是支持知识交流和经验累积的能量交换，缴费后恕不退回。

The membership fee supports knowledge sharing and experience exchange. It is an energy exchange and is non-refundable once paid.
